1. Do you give quotes over the phone ?

Yes, our staff is equipped to provide general quotes over the phone. However, some jobs require a more in-depth approach. For those jobs, we like to set up a time where one of our technicians can visit with you and provide you a free no obligation estimate. Or if you like, we offer you the option of speaking with a technician over the phone.

2. Are you licensed ?

Yes, we are licensed and insured. Our engineers hold the following accreditations:

– Gas Safe Registered – 563180

– Installation and Servicing of Domestic Unvented Hot Water Storage Systems – 16/UVHW66/28557

– WREG – Water Supply Regulations

– City and Guilds – Level 2 certificate in Heating and Ventilation

– Power-Flushing Sertificate

– Public Liabiluty Insurance £2000000

3. How do I know the technician will do a good job ?

Our technicians are specifically trained and have faith in their work. We feel that the customer should be treated as we would like to be treated ourselves. If at any time you have a comment about a technician, please call into the office and speak with a representative.

4. Do you do Residential and Commercial work ?

Absolutely! Our team is fully trained in both Residential Plumbing and Heating and Light Commercial Plumbing and Heating. We also work with our local suppliers for up to date product training.

5. Are your Technicians on Commission ?

No. We are a family owned and operated company and prefer to keep prices on a regular pricing structure.

6. Do you work with Property Management Companies ?

Yes. We offer on call services to everyone. We carry all of the insurance requirement

7. Do you charge for your estimates ?

No. We offer free estimates. There are no hidden fees.

8. Do you charge a callout fee ?

For general quotes/estimates that do not require any manual labour, there is no charge.

For callouts that require boiler/central heating fault finding and diagnostics there is a £80+VAT charge for the 1st hour. During this time we will inspect the appliance/system, fault find and diagnose, then provide you with a written quote for the repair.

9. What methods of payment do you accept ?

We accept bank transfers, debit or credit cards or cash. Payment terms will be agreed during the quoting stage.
